Digital platform only

Outdoorsy is a digital discovery, RSVP, event and experience platform. No physical goods are shipped by Outdoorsy.

How confirmations and updates are delivered

Event confirmations, invite links, updates, and support responses are delivered digitally through the app, site, or email where enabled.

Who delivers the on-ground experience

Any on-ground service is delivered by the organiser or provider, not by Outdoorsy unless explicitly stated. For provider-led events and experiences, the provider is responsible for delivery at the listed time and place.

Changes and cancellations

For cancellations or changes, users should check event updates and contact support at hello@outdoorsyhq.com. Free RSVP flows remain the current live boundary, and paid-booking delivery rules are not active unless separately launched later.
